The FintechPaa portal is FintechPaa's selective pathway for Pakistan university students who want supervised fintech experience. Instead of a generic registration form, applicants now choose from open internship programs published on our careers site and complete a role-specific survey configured for that posting.
How the flow works
- Browse enabled internships on the تدريب التكنولوجيا المالية page.
- Click apply — you are directed to portal registration.
- Select the internship program title that matches the role you want.
- Answer survey questions tailored to that internship (text, multiple choice, or Likert scale).
- Upload KYC documents and submit.
Full-time jobs vs internships
Full-time roles use the separate careers application form. Internships always go through your FintechPaa portal account to track applications, interviews, training, and university documentation in one training, mentorship, and university documentation in one workflow.
