After your portal application is reviewed, shortlisted candidates may be invited to an interview hosted in your FintechPaa portal account. Each internship posting can define its own interview question set (multiple choice and written answers), separate from the application survey you completed at registration.
Application survey vs interview
Survey questions are answered during registration and help us understand fit for a specific internship track. Interview questions are enabled by the careers team after scheduling and may include terms acceptance and objection notes for compliance-heavy roles.
Preparation tips
- Re-read the internship description you selected.
- Prepare one project story with problem, your contribution, and outcome.
- For engineering tracks, be ready to explain APIs, testing, or a small GitHub sample.
- For product or operations tracks, practice explaining trade-offs clearly.
